Application: Non-addictive
Use DAWN simply as needed: Ideally in the morning or during the day. Take 1-2 minutes for a quiet moment. Breathe consciously – activate yourself naturally.
Long-lasting: One fragrance ampoule is sufficient for approximately 120 sessions.

The scientific background
Studies show that inhaling pure essential oils can activate various neurotransmitters (Hall et al., 2004). Inhaling essential oils can reduce symptoms of depression, anxiety, and stress . These effects are attributed to direct olfactory stimulation, which activates limbic and prefrontal brain regions involved in emotion regulation (Ebrahimi et al., 2022).

What content is available?
ÆR combines ritual, design and psychophysiology into a point of calm that noticeably supports you in regulating stress in everyday life.
The contents:
- Weekly breathwork and ritual sessions (approx. 30-45 min)
- Guided resets for breath, presence and inner balance in everyday life (3–5 minutes)
- Aromapsychology Shorts (3–5 minutes)
- Micro-breaks for quick mental relief
- Journaling prompts & reflection frameworks
- Private access to experiences that combine scent, sound & body awareness
How do the sessions work?
The sessions are deliberately designed, take place online and are accompanied by our ÆR ambassadors – always tailored to the themes of the season or the retreats.
At the beginning of the year, they support you, for example, in anchoring your resolutions; later in the year, they guide you through reflective phases for clarity and realignment.
The process:
- Entry via a sensory anchor (scent, sound or light)
- Guided breathing sequences for regulation and grounding
- Micro-pauses for quick relief of the nervous system
When do the sessions take place?
All sessions are open to you: Depending on the objective, the sessions take place at different times and are based on the themes of the retreats (rest, focus, activation, grounding, but also gratitude or reflection).
Each session is conducted live once and is then flexibly available to you as an online recording.
Who leads the sessions?
Our ÆR Ambassadors:
Ana is a certified BBTRS® practitioner, specializing in somatic trauma release work, which she combines with deep personal experiential knowledge and a clear, authentic practice.
Marc is a certified breathwork therapist, multidisciplinary artist and founder of the Berlin Breath Club – known for combining deep breathing journeys with immersive soundscapes.
Vishal is a certified Ayurveda practitioner and Breathwork guide from Rishikesh, whose work is based on millennia-old Himalayan healing traditions and holistic energy work.
Max is a KEUR wellness-certified breathwork practitioner who uses his expertise from his own health journey to teach effective breathing techniques for stress reduction and vitality.
