Kaufoptionen – Kündigungsrichtlinie (Deutsch)
Wenn Sie ein Produkt mit einem Abonnement oder einer wiederkehrenden Lieferung erwerben, gelten die folgenden Kündigungsbedingungen.
Abonnements werden mit einer Mindestlaufzeit von drei (3) Monaten abgeschlossen, wie im Checkout deutlich angegeben. Während dieser Mindestlaufzeit ist eine Kündigung nicht möglich.
Nach Ablauf der Mindestlaufzeit kann das Abonnement jederzeit monatlich gekündigt werden.
Die Kündigung kann einfach erfolgen:

über Ihr Kundenkonto oder

durch Kontaktaufnahme per E-Mail an contact [at] aerofficial [dot] com
Um eine weitere Abrechnung zu vermeiden, muss die Kündigung vor dem nächsten Abrechnungsdatum erfolgen.
Nach der Kündigung:
-
werden keine weiteren Zahlungen erhoben, und
-
die Kündigung wird zum Ende des aktuellen Abrechnungszeitraums wirksam.
Bereits gezahlte Beträge für den laufenden Abrechnungszeitraum werden nicht erstattet, sofern keine gesetzliche Verpflichtung zur Rückerstattung besteht. Bereits bezahlte Produkte oder Leistungen werden bis zum Ende des aktiven Abrechnungszeitraums weiterhin erbracht.
Ihr gesetzliches Widerrufsrecht bleibt unberührt.
Purchase Options Cancellation Policy (English)
If you purchase a product with a subscription or recurring delivery, the following cancellation terms apply.
Subscriptions are entered into with a minimum commitment period of three (3) months, as clearly stated at checkout. During this minimum period, the subscription cannot be cancelled.
After the minimum commitment period has ended, the subscription may be cancelled at any time on a monthly basis.
Cancellation can be made easily:

via your customer account, or
-
by contacting us by email at contact [at] aerofficial [dot] com
To avoid the next billing, cancellation must be completed before the next scheduled billing date.
Once a subscription is cancelled:
-
no further payments will be charged, and
-
the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Any payments already made for the current billing period are not refunded, unless required by mandatory law. You will continue to receive all products or services already paid for until the end of the active billing period.
Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.
Política de Cancelación de Opciones de Compra (Español)
Si adquieres un producto mediante suscripción o entrega recurrente, se aplican las siguientes condiciones de cancelación.
Las suscripciones se contratan con un período mínimo de compromiso de tres (3) meses, tal como se indica claramente durante el proceso de compra. Durante este período mínimo, la suscripción no puede cancelarse.
Una vez finalizado el período mínimo, la suscripción puede cancelarse mensualmente en cualquier momento.
La cancelación puede realizarse fácilmente:

Para evitar el siguiente cobro, la cancelación debe realizarse antes de la próxima fecha de facturación.
Una vez cancelada la suscripción:

no se realizarán cargos adicionales, y
-
la cancelación será efectiva al final del período de facturación actual.
Los pagos ya realizados correspondientes al período de facturación actual no serán reembolsados, salvo que la ley disponga lo contrario. Los productos o servicios ya abonados se seguirán entregando hasta el final del período activo.
El derecho legal de desistimiento no se ve afectado.
