Designed states. For the house.
ÆR. Four states. One method for hospitality.
Hospitality measured at the guest's internal state.
Amenities are replicable. Service is replicable.
What cannot be replicated is the precise internal state a house puts its guests into — and the one they want to return to.
ÆR is the instrument that makes that state composable, anchored and reproducible. Not a fragrance concept. Not a wellness add-on. A regulatory layer of the guest format.
Four states. Four moments. One method.
Each state is encoded at the peak of physiological modulation and made retrievable through the olfactory anchor. The result is a repeatable internal format — at check-in, in treatment, in the evening.
The guest steps in. ÆR gives the transition from outside to interior a defined signature — before the room is ever entered.
Activated attention. The state for sport programmes, coaching sessions, conference moments, movement.
Grounded presence. The state that makes a treatment go deeper and carries its effect beyond the end of the session.
Defined descent. The transition from day into the sleeping room — retrievable as a repeatable evening ritual.
Four houses. Four applications.
ÆR works along your house's existing guest format. Integration is segment-specific — not generic.
Alpine wellness resorts
Arrival after long travel, altitude activity, spa, evening regulation — all four states already exist in your daily arc. ÆR makes them reproducible.
Urban boutique & design hotels
The city is loud. Your house is the pause. DAWN at check-in, DUSK for the transition into the sleeping room — as an olfactory signature the guest returns to.
Spa & medical wellness
CORE CALIBRATE as a regulatory layer of treatment. The state is encoded inside the room and remains retrievable outside it through the anchor — effect that travels with the guest.
Corporate & business hospitality
Meetings in the morning, hours of focus, transition into the evening. PEAK ELEVATE as a format for focus phases, DUSK to close the business day — in the room and in the conference area alike.
A method that is measurable.
The ÆR method is being studied in a clinical setting at Hochschule Rhein-Waal.
Principal investigator: Prof. Dr. Kai Essig. Measurements include electrodermal activity (EDA) and electrocardiogram (ECG) across defined breathwork sequences.
Full study report in preparation. Detailed data is made available to partner houses under NDA.
ISO 16128 certified.
PIF held by Alpiguisa Innovación SL.
Per EU Cosmetics Regulation.
Naturally sourced raw materials. Developed for inhalation.
Three steps into your house.
ÆR is not bolted on — ÆR is fitted in. The method follows your house's architecture, not the other way round.
Audit
We map your guest format across the four states. What is already there, what is missing, what can be made reproducible.
State mapping
The states relevant for your house are mapped onto the corresponding guest moments. Breathwork and olfactory anchors are calibrated.
